New security update Pixel Phone 2 handles screen and sound problems as well
Google launched a new security update in conjunction with the month of
November, which dealt with the most important problems of new phones,
the screen lamps and the issuance of strange sounds from the speaker.
Now users of Pixel 2 can now go to the settings and then the Display screen to show them three new options for color brightness, so the user gets more control after Google has previously restricted this command.
The company also added the feature to reduce the brightness of the transition bar within the screen after seconds of non-use of the device, and this to avoid the problems of burning lamps lighting in OLED screens, a problem complained by some users of the device.
Finally, the update addressed the noise problem from the handset during the calls, which at the time stated that its temporary solution was to disable the NFC.
