PIXEL 2 XL REVIEW AND TOUCH SCREEN PROBLEMS

Problems with the touch screen of the 2x pixel phone appear at the edges

Some users of Google Pixel 2 XL have reported a problem with the touchscreen that they do not respond to touch around the edges. Many have complained about the official Google forum, and some have documented it by posting videos.
 It seems that the phone ignores the tactile inputs on the side edges to prevent the occasional touches, but bypasses it until it ignores even the intended touches.

Google has been informed of the problem and confirmed in its official forum that it is looking for a solution to that problem and will address it in updating the OTA in the near future.
